Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

1. Defective or Non-Functional Products

If a product does not work as described — fails to install, is missing files, or is fundamentally broken — contact us within 14 days of purchase at anvilinteractivesolutions@gmail.com with your order details. We will work with you to fix the issue or, where a fix isn't possible, issue a refund.

2. Change of Mind

Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the download link has been accessed. Read product descriptions and version requirements carefully before buying.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

4. Third-Party Seller Products

Refund requests for products from independent sellers are handled the same way — contact us and we will coordinate with the seller. Anvil Interactive Solutions reserves the right to issue a refund on a seller's behalf in cases of confirmed non-delivery or fraud.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
